All sales are final! 

WE ONLY REFUND ITEMS THAT WERE INCORRECTLY SENT OR MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER, IT MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER BEING DELIVERED. 

Once a order is placed it can be modified with 24 of placing the order by sending us an email.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

We are not responsible for damages caused by shipment. Only manufactured defects on which you have 24 hours to report. You must provide evidence of the manufactured damages. If the item is used we can not exchange or refund it.

If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address you are responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship your item if it returns to us. If the item does not return to us you will need to re-purchase.

We are only responsible to cover company mishaps.
